Council endorses community lease for Maleny golf course
Sunshine Coast Council has endorsed a 10 year community lease — including a funding contract — with Maleny Golf Club for land at the Maleny Community Precinct. Council will contribute $450,000 from its Capital Works Program to construction of the new nine hole golf course, which will be completed over the next five years.
New pathway on Maleny Precinct nears completion
There’s a new pathway under construction between Pattemore House and The Bales. The pathway follows the original farm house track along the Obi Creek on the Maleny Precinct and is the first of a number of trails starting to take shape on the Precinct.
