A 45-year-old man has been airlifted to the Royal Brisbane Hospital following a crash involving a truck and a motorcycle at Forest Glen.
Initial information reveals shortly before 10.45am, the man was a passenger on a motorcycle when it collided with a truck while changing lanes. The incident blocked both south bound lanes and caused lengthy traffic delays.
The 53-year-old male rider was taken to Nambour Hospital with minor injuries, while the 45-year-old was airlifted from the scene with serious but non-life threatening injuries.
The 43-year-old male driver of the truck was not physically injured.
Forensic Crash Unit officers are investigating.
