Victoria Everist, new Centre Manager at New Leaf Early Learning Centre

For Victoria Everist it’s a step in the right direction, moving closer to home on the Sunshine Coast to take up her appointment as Centre Manager at New Leaf Early Learning Centre.
Most recently General Manager of Lead Childcare based in Brisbane, a privately owned and operated company with in excess of 20 centres located throughout Queensland, Victoria has a strong background in service management and delivery of performance and business operations.
General Manager, Mr John Fadian is excited to welcome Victoria who brings with her extensive childcare and managerial experience to the role.
“We are very fortunate to have Victoria join us, the opportunity for her to work closer to home on the Sunshine Coast will see the New Leaf Early Learning Centre children, staff and parents benefit from her vast experience within the childcare industry,” said Mr Fadian.
While Victoria currently holds an Advanced Diploma of Children’s Services and a Diploma of Business Management, she is also currently completing her Business Management Degree and intends to undertake her Degree in Early Childhood Education in the very near future.
“As a manager and early childhood professional, Victoria leads by example. She appreciates and understands the importance of all roles within an Early Childhood Service and is a committed team player,” said Mr Fadian.
“We are very excited to be welcoming Victoria to New Leaf and to the Grammar community and we’re certain all parents will look forward to meeting her over the coming weeks.”
