Last chance to apply for community grants funding

4th Sep, 2014 by Charles Hodgson View News

This is the final call advising the Sunshine Coast Council’s Community Grants and Environment Levy Grants Programs are closing on Monday, September 15 at 5pm, leaving only one week for groups to submit their applications.
If you’re a not-for-profit community group with a project that demonstrates significant community need and benefit, you may be eligible for a Community Grant of up to $30,000.
Environment Levy Grants of up to $5,000 are also available to assist not-for-profit groups with projects that make a positive contribution to the region’s biodiversity and waterways.
Interested groups can contact a Council Grants Officer on 5420 8616 for help with their application.
Visit www.sunshinecoast.qld.gov.au/grants for further details and to apply online.
