Forum Seeks Input on Vocational Education & Training Reform

[Video]Federal Member for Fisher Mal Brough MP hosted a Vocational Education and Training (VET) Reform Forum Workshop in Caloundra today to facilitate discussions on the VET sector and provide the opportunity for training organisations to give feedback directly to the Government.
The workshop was attended by a variety of organisations across the Sunshine Coast including high schools, training providers and local employers.
The aim of the workshop was to bring training providers and industry together to discuss ways to improve the delivery of skills and training and to make sure the VET sector is providing the job ready skills that business need.
The Federal Government is currently developing an action plan for VET reform to roll out from July 1 2014. For additional information about VET reform or to provide feedback visit
