Join Lifeline and the Cooroy Uniting Church for their annual ‘Cup Week Fashion on Parade’ held on Saturday October 22, 2011 from 2.00pm at the RSL Memorial Hall, Mary St Cooroy.
The event includes a delicious High Tea with, styling sessions by models of all ages, adorned in beautiful garments; draws, prizes for most stylish and lots of fun for fashionistas.
Manager of Lifeline Cooroy store Deborah Daybell said it’s a really good afternoon with lot’s of prizes, fun and good times together.
“It is a community fundraising fashion event which has been helping Lifeline for 10 years.
“During the fashion parade, a High Tea will be held with all home made cakes and teas,” she said.
Make up for all models will be done by professional stylists Pamela Mitchell and Natasha Jeneo from Unique Style.
Compared by Pamela Mitchell, grandmothers and daughters modelling at the event will be adorned in beautiful garments for all occasions. Each outfit will be accessorised and will feature Lifeline Cooroy’s exclusive range of fascinators and spring hats.
Outfits and accessories from the parade, as well as many other items from the Cooroy Lifeline Shop, will also be available for sale on the day.
Held in its usual location, RSL Memorial Hall – Maple Street, the fashion parade will open its doors to the community to have a fun afternoon for everyone; if you are interested in fashion or just want to have a great time with friends, please make your bookings by contacting Deborah Daybell at Cooroy Lifeline on 5442 6464. Entry fee for the parade is $8 per person.
