Bodies located in Pottsville search

policesignPolice searching for a missing father and daughter at Pottsville have located two bodies this morning.
About 8.30am (Tuesday 28 January 2014), police began a search comprising of officers from Tweed Byron Local Area Command and the State Emergency Service (SES).
Just before 10am, two bodies were located by an SES volunteer in dense bushland at the Pottsville sand hills.
A crime scene has been established and forensic investigators are at the location.
The bodies are yet to be formally identified and police are unable to speculate whether they are that of the missing 35-year-old man and his four-year-old daughter.
A report will be prepared for the Coroner.
