Avara celebrates completion of Edgewater Lake Kawana

Avara Property Group celebrated the completion of their latest development Edgewater Lake Kawana, by handing over the keys to buyers for their walk-through on Saturday 28 July and introducing the new onsite managers.
Edgewater Lake Kawana’s new property and letting managers Tony and Sue Brook have lived on the Sunshine Coast for almost a decade and know the Lake Kawana area extremely well.
“We’ve both worked for developers and construction companies within this precinct for several years,” Tony said.
“We’ve also managed two other residential complexes within a 5km radius of Edgewater, which gives us excellent knowledge of other units available in this locality.”
Tony said they loved Edgewater so much that they purchased in the complex themselves.
“We loved the idea of a waterfront lifestyle, with all the comforts of owning a house, minus the maintenance,” he said.
The duo has qualifications and experience within real estate sales and property management; workplace health and safety; commercial cleaning; tree and ground maintenance; bookkeeping; finance and business management; as well as establishing the management and letting rights for Regatta, Lake Kawana.
Tony said he believed they would offer owner-investors a superior level or property management.
“Despite their best intentions, off-site leasing agencies could never offer the level of service, the commitment, security and hands-on supervision available through on-site managers,” he said.
Avara Property Group still has some apartments for sale, keeping the best stock, ten beautifully appointed penthouses starting from $685,000, until last.
From Stone Bianco porcelain tiles to high ceilings and European appliances, nothing was forgotten in the design of the luxury penthouses.
Drop into the sales office at 201/21 Innovation Parkway, Birtinya to arrange a private inspection of the three-bedroom penthouse apartments.
Avara Property Group’s long term commitment to the Sunshine Coast Region includes a locally based development team, a preference to use local contractors and suppliers plus the acquisition of future development sites.
