Ausmar Homes celebrated taking home three awards last night at this year’s HIA-CSR Sunshine Coast/Wide Bay Housing and Kitchen & Bathroom Awards at the Novotel Twin Waters Resort.
The Cooroy-based company was awarded Custom Home of the Year ($500,001-$750,000), Project Home of the Year and Display Home of the Year (up to $300,000) at the Sunshine Coast builders night-of-nights.
Ausmar Business Development Manager, Josh Green, was delighted to collect the awards at the event and looked forward to celebrating with the team on Monday morning.
“It’s a great honour to be recognised in this way and it’s thanks to the dedication of the fantastic team we have at Ausmar that we achieve great outcomes for our clients,” said Josh.
“The ‘Camden’ home, for which we received Display Home of the Year at The Aspect in Gympie, is part of our exciting new range of plans we launched earlier this year so it’s great to see it taking home an award. We have always prided ourselves at being able to deliver both innovative homes off-plan as well as state-of-the art custom homes to suit our clients’ budgets. Last night really reinforced our commitment to achieving the best possible outcome for our clients, whether they love one of our plans or have a dream home we can help make a reality.”
Ausmar Homes will also celebrate opening their new display home in Azure Street, Bells Reach, Caloundra West in the coming week which promises to prove popular with those looking for the best way to utilise space on a smaller block.
“These are exciting times for Ausmar with an expansion into Brisbane this year and a number of exciting custom build projects underway. We encourage anyone looking to build to get in touch, we’d love to see how we can help and currently offer a free design service as well,” said Josh.
