Sunland Group will this week launch the next stage of its $83 million residential development, The Pavilions at Peregian Springs following strong sales results since the project’s construction commencement earlier this year.
The high-profile developer first entered the Sunshine Coast housing market on the back of successes such as Gold Coast icons, Q1 and Palazzo Versace and a number of award-winning residential developments.
Sunland Group Managing Director, Sahba Abedian says the group has been delighted with the response to the development from Sunshine Coast buyers with the first stage exceeding expectations with only five homes remaining of the twenty on offer.
“We recognised the Coast as a high growth region when we made our commitment to The Pavilions and with major projects such as the Sunshine Coast University Hospital employing nearly 5,000 new staff by 2021, the housing market will continue to feel the pressure,” said Mr Abedian.
“The recent introduction of a $15,000 first home owner’s grant on newly built homes will also increase the demand for new properties and with a starting price of $398,000, The Pavilions is an attractive option for those looking to enter the market.”
The second stage comprises 21 homes including double-storey duplexes and newly introduced single and split level designs which are already generating considerable interest. The new designs feature 3-bedroom homes with 2.5 bathrooms, private entertainer courtyards and secure covered accommodation for two vehicles.
All homes also have access to The Pavilions private facilities including the swimming pool and barbeque area as well as the exclusive Ridges Rec Club which has a clubhouse, tennis courts, multi-lane lap pool, gymnasium and sporting fields.
“At Sunland we understand that the Sunshine Coast’s lifestyle is the reason most people choose to live here, which is why the choice of location and facilities on offer was essential to The Pavilions’ success.”
The homes are within walking distance of the local shopping centre with a medical centre, the award-winning St Andrews Anglican College and also offer easy access to local beaches, the new Peregian State School and the vibrant hubs of Peregian Beach and Coolum.
Sunland’s display home at The Pavilions is open seven days a week from 10am to 4pm on the corner of Peregian Springs Drive and Ridgeview Drive, Peregian Springs.
