[Video]80 leading Sunshine Coast businesses gathered at the Big Kart Track in Landsborough last evening (May 22) to launch the P100 initiative with SunnyKids, investing in the lives of thousands of children and families in our community.
The P100 initiative is an ‘invitation only’ philanthropic community designed for members to contribute to a sustainable, connected and thriving community on the Sunshine Coast. Response to the P100 initiative through invitations from the Foundation Members introducing their business colleagues on the Coast has been outstanding.
“I am proud to be a Founding Member of SunnyKids P100 where the same values I have in my business contribute to the Sunshine Coast community,” Danny Buxton, Director DBA Property said.
“It is important for successful businesses to give back to the community, and there is no better cause to support than local Sunshine Coast families.
At the launch, an online platform will be unveiled providing connection and supporting the P100 community and illustrating some of the broad range of benefits members will receive.
Founding Member Ferre De Deyne, Managing Director of Big Kart Track fully backs the initiative and believes that ‘charity starts in our own backyard. Let’s solve the problems of the future today, by helping those kids in need of some guidance right here on our great Sunshine Coast.’
“On behalf of the families we serve, SunnyKids says a big thank you to the foundation partners who have come on board with P100 to date for their generosity in helping to provide a brighter future for our next generation and our community.
We are thrilled that these organisations and many others have recognised the work that SunnyKids does as a worthy investment into the future of our community,” Chris Turner, SunnyKids CEO.
