The Cooroy to Curra Bruce Highway Upgrade is one of Queensland’s highest priority road projects and now there is an opportunity for the public to find out more about this project.
Later this month, the Queensland Government’s Department of Transport and Main Roads are holding public displays showcasing the features of Section A (Cooroy southern interchange to Sankeys Road) of the Bruce Highway Upgrade (Cooroy to Curra).
The displays will be an opportunity for members of the public to find out more about this section of the upgrade.
The displays will include maps and posters indicating the recommended options for interchanges and other major infrastructure.
An unstaffed display will be held at the Cooroy Library and the Pomona and District Community House from 23 – 30 November.
The display at the Cooroy Library will be staffed between:
- 3pm – 5.30pm from 23 – 25 November; and
- 9am – 12 noon on 26 November.
Members of the Department of Transport and Main Roads project team will be available during these times to answer questions and record feedback.
In addition to maps and posters, the staffed displays at the Cooroy Library will feature electronic visuals of the project.
