The warmer weather is not the only thing moving in to the Sunshine Coast this week. So too are the first residents for Stage Two of Emporio in Maroochydore.
Construction of the mixed-use development in the heart of the CBD has taken just over 12 months to complete and residents are celebrating after receiving the green light to move into their apartments this week.
Reed Property Group Managing Director Ken Reed said he was really excited to be welcoming residents into their new apartments as Emporio continues to thrive as a mixed-use precinct.
“It is perfect timing as we’ve had a taste of beautiful warm weather so our new Emporio dwellers can enjoy the fabulous facilities on offer such as the pool and heated spa, gym and recreation deck,” Mr Reed said.
Mr Reed went on to share the group has had incredible interest in Stage Two with only five apartments remaining to be sold from 82 in total.
“It’s a genuine sign that property sales are on the increase in the evolving new urban CBD,” Mr Reed said.
“This market confidence has us excited about the pending release of Stage Three of the precinct later this year, together with the launch of our next Emporio commercial building in the coming months.”
Emporio Stage Two comprises of one and two bedroom apartments and also boasts a vibrant mix of retail and office space. The final apartments are selling from $267,500 with an average under $400,000 and include designer kitchens with Smeg appliances and stone bench tops, outdoor living space and secure undercover car parking and storage.
