Internationally recognised Australian trumpet player, John Coulton, together with pianist, Briely Cutting, will bring “Sounds of Splendour’ to the venue at Braeside on Sunday 16th. June, commencing 3pm.

John started his career in Townsville, and was at one time a student of Braeside host, Elizabeth Smith.

Elizabeth has followed john’s career with interest and reccommends his performance of Haydn’s trumpet concerto as something not to be missed. It will be part of the programme on the day,as well as items from baroque to jazz, classical to latin-american rhythms.

At Braeside, the ambience, acoustics and panoramic views of our familiar Glasshouse Mountains, combined with the legendary Braeside afternoon teas, will give the audience an experience to savour.
