After engaging the original course designer, Robert Trent Jones Jr to rejuvenate the course, six new holes have been completed and will be ready for play after the 2009 Australian PGA Championship.
Over the past week, preparation work has commenced on a temporary golf driving range on the Maleny Precinct.
The Maleny Golf Club, supported by the MDSRC, is running a Golfing Day at picturesque Woodford Golf Club. Funds raised will be used for equipment purchase for the driving range on the Maleny Precinct.
