Sirocco Noosa

Europeans know Sirocco as a Mediterranean dry hot wind that comes from the Sahara. Noosa refer to Sirocco as the place to go for breakfast! With flavours unmatched and magnificent uninterrupted views of the Noosa River it really is no surprise that Sirocco is preparing for one for their busiest winters ever.

One of the reasons Sirocco is so popular is the spectacular location. With one of the best spots on the Noosa River it is the ideal place to enjoy a warm, sunny start to the day. Breakfast is quite different to anything on offer in Noosa, yet the menu offers all your old favourites with a delightful twist of added spices and flavours.

The stock standard vegetarian breakfast is sublime when served at Sirocco. The grilled olive and harissa bread, served with braised spinach, haloumi, roasted field mushrooms and tomato jam is simply delectable. Poached eggs will never be quite enough after you have experienced the Baked eggs “chachouka” served with merguez sausage, Tunisian tomato relish and Turkish pide. For those who want the excuse of taking their time and soaking up the view, they should not go past the Sirocco big breakfast of poached or scrambled eggs with roast mushrooms, sumac roast tomatoes, crisp bacon, spiced bean mix, tomato relish and Turkish toast. Sirocco also uses free-range eggs, organic milk and always have on hand two types of gluten free breads.

Co-Owner, Laila Jones explains, “We pride ourselves on creating this wonderfully warm atmosphere where you can truly relax with your friends and have a unique Sirocco style breakfast. We are really lucky because as the months get cooler our guests can still sit outside in the sunshine and stay warm and really savour the food and the view. It really is the perfect combination”.

Breakfast at Sirocco awakens all the senses. Sirocco opens from 8am. Bookings are encouraged to avoid disappointment.
