The Hinterland Art Group has an exhibition currently running at the Pomona art gallery (Old train opposite the pub). They joined the hype of excitement of the local town of Pomona by choosing the topic of “Achieving Heights – All the way to the top”. The exhibition was launch in conjunction the King of the Mountain held in Pomona on the weekend.
Australia’s largest community tree planting event is coming up on Sunday 1 August and Council is calling on Sunshine Coast residents to join the campaign to plant a million new native trees and shrubs across Australia.
